. FANGRRLS' product was content, so in addition to bringing the conversation from the page to the space, we gamified existing franchises and added a social media component to afford our audience an additional way of interacting with us in person or in real-time remotely. Events, such as panels at New York Comic Con and San Diego Comic-Con, grew brand awareness and credibility and were important to growing community and brand loyalty.
